Design leader, systems thinker, and workshop junkie, on a mission to build digital experiences that make complex things feel simple, human, and useful.
I’ve spent the last decade scaling design practices, leading multidisciplinary teams, and using design as a tool for transformation. From AI-powered learning platforms across Latin America to digital public services in the Caribbean, I bring structure to ambiguity, empathy to strategy, and creativity to constraints.
Currently leading the capabilities track at Public Digital, helping national governments rethink how they deliver services in the digital age. Previously, I headed design strategy at Intercorp Education, co-created tokenised design systems at Loadsmart, and helped drive over 60% digital adoption at Scotiabank.
What ties it all together is a love for inclusive design, bold collaboration, and making sure everyone, especially those most often overlooked, feel seen and supported by the products we build.
When I’m not building design systems or mapping messy journeys, you’ll find me mentoring emerging Latam designers, teaching prototyping workshops to students, or obsessing over the perfect cold brew ☕️.
