Led a squad that enabled On Deck to onboard new fellows with fewer operational resources by 1) Revamping the activation experience in the core product and 2) Fixing core flows on internal tools. 
Part of a crossfunctional and autonomous team, comprised of 6 engineers, 1 Designer, 1 Product Manager, and 1 Product Ops Manager.
My tenure ended in August after a reduction in force that affected ~1/3 of the company.

- Responsible for the product vision, strategy, OKRs, and hiring/mentoring 2 Product Managers and 1 Product Designer. 
- Developed product positioning and competitive analysis for B2C and B2B products which served as inputs to define the company strategy for the next 3 years. 
- Revamped signup and activation journeys in the B2B product improved the Account Manager’s productivity by 2X and reduced setup time for new accounts. 
- Increased activation rate by 20pp for the consumer product, also determined the ideal activation time-frame for new customers based on data analysis.

- Developed a new operational model that increased GMV and Availability of small restaurants (~40% of users) by 10% and 20pp respectively. 
- Redesigned the store status user interface and management system to reduce support tickets and restaurant monthly churn
- Owner of the Rappi Aliado product (Android and Web) used by ~100K restaurants to manage Rappi’s orders (13MM per month).

- Owned the product strategy, roadmap, and experimentation backlog for the employer’s core product.
- Redesigned the activation flow for the employer’s product, increasing activation by 20pp and fill rate (north star metric) by 7pp.
- Restructured the Customer Success strategy and team, led a 4-person team in Utah as interim manager.
- Executed demand generation experiments in NYC, NJ, and Philly with no engineers and <$1K budget to start the inbound sales channel getting 100 qualified B2B leads in the first week.
