Hi, I’m Gosia! I’m a Design Product Lead and Senior Researcher with over 10 years of experience navigating the intersection of complex systems, hardware-software ecosystems, and AI-driven automation. My career has been defined by setting up startups from scratch and architecting design operations in high-stakes environments like fintech and global tech hubs.

I belong to the rare group of people who don't just work within systems—I build them from the ground up. I am deeply passionate about ResearchOps and DesignOps because I believe the best design work happens when the underlying engine is seamless.
