About Gosia Niechcial

Senior Product Designer at The Hatch Studio

Hi, I’m Gosia. I’m a Senior Product Designer driven by improving experiences.

I’ve been working in design for over 10 years. I started in graphic design, where I fell in love with visual communication. I felt a call to focus on how products and services feel, work, and connect, so in 2020 I moved into UX and UI and have grown in that space ever since.

I’ve worked across startups, medium and large international companies, and agency/consultancy environments, collaborating with emerging and well-known brands in multinational, cross-domain teams across industries like tech, science, finance, and many more. I enjoy translating chaotic ideas into clear, tangible concepts and bringing value through design.

I help junior and mid-level designers who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to focus on next - especially when they want to elevate their designs to the next level and grow confidence in their work and decisions.

We can work on: UI design, Figma, and efficient prototyping motion design and animation (for digital products) design critique and constructive feedback case studies, portfolio clarity, and interview preparation presenting and talking about your work
