A lifelong learner, my working style is influenced by Lean UX, Design Ops & Agile.
I started my career in 2000 as a web designer. Then started an IT business in 2004. At 19 years old hired my first team member and the business grew to serve up to 1400 customers in the next 10 years.
In 2018 I sold the business and started my corporate journey working with Design Transformation in a 28k organization.
From February 1st, 2022 I have joined The Lego Group - as a Competence Lead for the B2B digital portfolio.
