About Grace Lin

Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft

Hello! I am a seasoned software engineer with 13+ years of experience leading teams and delivering scalable web solutions. I've worked from small 5-people startups to big established tech companies, and would love to help you advance in your workplaces.

I find joy in mentoring engineers and fostering an inclusive, diverse, and positive work culture. I am dedicated to #WomenInTech and have been helping woman engineers get recognized for their achievements and overcome any imposter syndrome they may have (trust me, I have struggle with it myself too!)

If you have any questions about navigating cross-functional projects, making your presentations more impactful, making career progression choices (eg. IC or manager route?), or if you need an extra hand in preparing for your job search or promotion, I am here for you.
