Founder/Career Coach at Grant Sundbye: Career Coaching
Hi!
I'm Grant, an American career consultant specialized in helping Korean professionals build fulfilling, successful careers in English-speaking countries.
I believe every hardworking professional deserves to wake up Monday morning excited about the work they'll do.
I've been coaching Koreans on business communication since 2016 and have spent the past 4.5 years running my own online company as a solopreneur.
A few highlights from 2020 - Now: Coached Koreans to get jobs in 14 different countries, with over 90% of clients who complete my full 4-month program earning at least 1 international job offer
Wrote a book on effective business communication for non-native English speakers that's been published in Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam
Built an online following of almost 40,000 across Youtube and LinkedIn, with a top 1% LinkedIn SSI for 4 years straight

I'm interested in mentoring because:
1: Long-term I'd like to expand my coaching beyond working with Koreans. I see this as a perfect opportunity to learn more about what others need most when it comes to job searching/career growth.
2: I've met some fantastic people as a mentee here on ADPList. I love this platform and want to contribute.

What mentees say
“Grant was very clear on his objectives and where he wants to go with his aspirations. We were very quickly able to identify some opportunities to work on and I'm looking forward to seeing how he applies what I'm able to share. He's already got the bones of a great story and the skills to be an amazing communicator!”
