About Greg Koeka
Product Management at University of Colorado
I’m a product and business operations leader with 20+ years of experience across startups and enterprise environments. My focus has always been on building systems that work for people, making life better through open, transparent use of technology. With a foundation built in product management, project management, and business operations, I bring a structured, strategic lens to solving problems, delivering customer value, and leading teams.
I’ve hired, mentored, and coached PMs and cross-functional teammates, and I’m especially passionate about helping people grow into roles where they can thrive. Whether you’re pivoting into product, navigating challenges as a new PM, or figuring out what’s next in your career, I’m here to help you think, act confidently, and move forward.
