I've worked as a UX researcher at Bank of America and Microsoft and am now in the consulting space doing CX, essentially a synonym for UX. At Paragon Consulting, most of my projects are in healthcare, banking, and insurance.
Also, I am a recovering academic, having spent 10 years as an English professor. I still love art and books and ideas, but I find this field to be another fascinating way of engaging my curiosity and empathy. I am grateful for the mentors who helped me make this career transition, and I hope this platform allows me to pay that forward.
