I am a Tech professional with a 13-year career, eight of which are dedicated to project management in digital services, new products, and consulting.
My experience is divided into three main components:
1 - IT Support: Tech Trainee in the IT department of Santa Cruz Medication Distributor, Service Desk Supervisor at Dedic GPTI, and T Process Coordinator at ATOS, leading an IT support team to resolve incidents and serious incidents at SMC LATAM.
2 - Tech Project Management: As a Project Manager and Program Manager at Indigosoft, I managed a series of projects that demanded the implementation and optimization of AI-based RPA solutions. These projects, many of which involved advanced tools such as Microsoft LUIS and IBM Watson, spanned a range of sectors, including corporations like Telefônica Vivo, Nextel, SKY, Cielo, Global Payments, and others.
3 - Consulting: In the role of Head of the Project Office at Indigosoft and Head of Tech at ACE Cortex, I conducted technical consultations, technological diligence, and consulting services for new businesses. My AI experience is crucial here, allowing me to provide future-oriented insights and strategies, helping companies efficiently and effectively in their operations.
I hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, a postgraduate degree in Project Management and Business Intelligence and Analytics, and ITIL and TOEFL iBT certifications. My specialization is in Digital Transformation with Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Innovation, Technology, and People, enhancing customer efficiency in a customized way regarding business performance stages, with a solid track record of delivering results through effective team management.
My approach is organized and systematic, complemented by planning and urgency instincts. I have the ability to manage project and support teams, addressing deviations to mitigate impacts on customer satisfaction.
