My roles are split 50-50. As a Product Manager, my role extends to strategic and technical design aspects related to client's products portfolio, planning, prioritizing and connecting our design scalability to clients' product growth and development, coordinating a multi-cultural UX team.

As a Lead Product Designer, I am responsible for spearheading research and discovery sessions for new clients and initiatives, Design Handoff to development team and promote innovation ensuring design consistency across platforms by documenting user flows and wireframes so that the team can move forward with prototypes and user interfaces.

In charge for implementing product design practices  and provide guidance for cross-platform products and cross-departmental initiatives so that we could share, learn and improve solutions for our core market in North America and Latin America.

As part of the Google Pay Product team, we worked on developing the implementation plan and mockups for a GPay and digital wallet platform adjusted according to the needs and individualities of the Brazilian customer for the national market.

I was part of the product team as Lead Product Designer, managing a team of three (UI, UX and motion designers). I was responsible for backlog management, requirements, prototyping, UI design, and user testing and process such as kickoffs, delegation, technical validation / design critiques and pairing work for complex solutions.

I was also responsible to understand the company's needs in strategy and business planning meetings, participating in decisions and transcribing them to use cases of design tasks to our managing board, to be implemented in the future by the development team.

I was part of the internal product team, developing the global feedback system between employees to develop professional capabilities and promotions, initially released in Germany and the UK, and eventually it expanded to other countries across the globe, making a tangible impact for their 30,000 collaborators.

In charge for the main structure (core) of the brand's global app in its end-to-end process. I led the discovery and development processes, participating in business meetings with directors, showcase presentations for other teams part of the portfolio.

Responsible for MVP design for the migration of the company's legacy system used for operations in the financial market, where investment consultants operate an average of 2 million dollars a day in the global stock market.

For almost five years I worked as a product designer on consulting basis with Thoughtworks, collaborating with the product and internal teams described below.

Working at Sinergia Studios was a highly rewarding experience. As part of the team, I have been involved in the development and execution of mobile, desktop, console games, AR & VR projects while adhering to established design processes. My holistic approach includes research, prototyping, user testing and more. In addition, I am well-versed in launch strategies, customer retention, and creating a monetization plan that is improved upon with each new update.

Worked in the design team helping to improve user retention and satisfaction in the use of the core app, based on NPS and data analysis. Also collaborated with the creation of new features and user interviews for the development of a new product, focused on children of our core base.

Being a sportsman, I have always been a sports shoe enthusiast (basketball). During a period of my life I deepened as a footwear designer and consequently in the academy area, recognized by  design-creative leadership and sneakers fashion market enthusiasm.

Creating a collection of shoes means developing a project that remains coherent and unique in all its various phases, from the idea to the physical product. Creativity requires first and foremost the skills for expressing it. 

I was able to teach market and consumer research methods, mood board and creative concept, colors theory and materials, technical requirements, ergonomics and structure of human feet, basics art and drawing lessons to the concept render board.

Being the technological office of a magazine publisher, it was my first contact with mobile devices UI. I've worked on iPad digital magazine projects, iOS and Android utility apps, and desktop news portal sites.
