Hi everyone, i'm Guillaume Gil, Co Founder and CEO at Team Evo AB, founder at MakeYourLeap.

I'm mentoring people in different areas or positions (esport, product managers, content creators, wed dev ...) and "Strong Interest Inventory®" licensed, TKI ® Licensed (Conflict Management) at Myers Briggs company. The SII® provides robust insight into a person’s interests, so you can help them to consider potential careers, their educational path and the world of work.

I'm born to create, innovate and connect people. I really love to share and help people. Together we always go further than alone.

For further, i'm a problem solver, customer support specialist (more than 15 years), eSport coach, musician (graduated from G.R.A.T). I've also work more than 2 years in Betao as support for company interns and i've created a training module for the management of internal and external conflicts (based on TKI method) just before I started my own business.

Somewhere, there will always be this person from whom you will learn, with whom you will share, and thanks to whom you will be able to transmit the know-how and know-how in order to become the best version of yourself.
