Working with engineers

- I took on a temporary leadership role, establishing long term goals and responsibilities for the team. As a result, our day-to-day activities became much clearer and we delivered a high quality app, which eventually reached over 100 active users;
- Managed and set up AWS cloud infrastructure;
- Coded back-end and front-end applications with Node.js/MySQL and Vue.js, respectively;
- Implemented the workings of an Agile management system.

- Mapped the team's flow of information (e-mails, sheets, etc.) and developed several interactive systems replacing manual labor. As a result, work loads were reduced by the equivalent of 80 hours per month;
- Followed up on a web development team;
- Was responsible for testing web applications and ensuring quality standards were met;
- Restructured our database, resulting in higher efficiency, lower query times and fewer inconsistency issues;
- Designed several KPI dashboards.
