I am Hadi Falatoon with a background in computer engineering. I started my work journey with graphic design 8 years ago and after that, I got acquainted with the topics of user interface design and user experience. The main reason for my interest in the world of product design is the challenges in this field. The process that the designer does to solve the challenge is very enjoyable for me. I am very interested in listening and empathizing with stakeholders, examining needs and problems, and then making appropriate decisions and solutions. I enjoy working with quantitative and qualitative data (Session recording, A/B testing, surveys, etc.) and I always try to use these tools and methods to achieve the best result in my work.
