• Led the Brand Creative Team in supporting demand generation, sales enablement, content development, brand strategy, paid social, and partnership programs.
• Managed a cross-functional team of copywriters, designers, art directors, video editors, and project managers.
• Directed the rebrand launch in June 2023, encompassing a new website, brand campaign, visual design systems, revamped positioning, and thousands of collateral updates.
• Owned brand strategy and measurement, initiating the company’s first brand health study across global markets focused on core customer personas. Aided Brand Awareness for Velocity Global grew significantly in the US by 17% to 41% in the EOR SaaS category.

• Led the in-house creative organization and was responsible for retail, brand, and editorial content across all marketing channels.
• Oversaw studio operations, including photography, post-production, and product copywriting, launching approximately 120 daily events and over 15,000 new SKUs weekly with a team of 165+ members.
• Focused on evolving Zulily’s brand story and scaling creative production to deliver engaging retail content for current and new customers.

• Managed a diverse team of designers and creatives, overseeing social media content and digital marketing campaigns.
• Spearheaded new business initiatives and agency branding and established core leveling and organizational direction before the formal acquisition by Wipro.

Amazon Go is a new chain of convenience stores that offers a partially automated cashier-less shopping experience. The store features fresh-prepared foods from Amazon Kitchen and other private-label branded products.
• Led the brand design and prepared foods creative team, developing a cohesive brand and design language for customers and store associates.
• Managed brand expressions through in-store experiences, promotions, signage and way finding, marketing collateral, and advertising.
• Supported the expansion of Amazon Go from one location to over 13 stores across four markets.
• Launched new fresh-prepared food product lines and meal kits for Amazon Kitchen, including packaging design, in-store marketing kits, and digital campaigns for Amazon Go, Amazon Fresh, and Whole Foods.

• Led creative execution for new content, products, and services at Amazon Publishing, rebranding and launching Amazon First Reads and This Week in Books.
• Supported go-to-market strategy for Amazon Publishing, driving engagement and growth in the book lover community.

I helped establish Amazon Creative Services (ACS), a global, internal creative agency supporting the North American Amazon Stores. My team focused on brand development, high-volume design production, UX, video, and photo art direction.
• Led a large design and creative team for the NA retail division, launching major brands and marketing initiatives such as Prime Music, Prime Now, and Kindle Unlimited.
• Recruited to expand the team’s creative capabilities, including on-site graphics, global style guides, promotions, branding, social, custom photography, video content, and category expansion.
• Managed a team of 60+ designers, providing services for the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
• Traveled and trained the off-shore design production team in Chennai, India for two years to expand their capabilities.

• Led creative team in developing innovative brand narratives for clients like Purina, Charter Communications, and Reckitt Benckiser.
• Managed new business development and digital strategy, winning new clients such as COCOAVIA and St. Louis Science Center.
• Spearheaded integrated campaigns that drove consumer engagement and brand awareness across multiple digital platforms.

Digital Creative Director dedicated for Anheuser-Busch, Domino’s Pizza, Monsanto and New Balance creative teams. Developed online brand strategy and digital marketing programs for Land Shark Lager, Bud Light, Bud Select, Michelob, Grolsch, and Rolling Rock. 

Acted as the Brand and Digital Creative Director for Domino’s Pizza, overseeing national promotional programs that lived in-store and online. 

Recognized as a key leader within the agency to drive digital innovation and strategy. Served as a consultant for senior leadership to develop digital process and agency integration plan across agency business practices.

Bandolier Group was a boutique digital design agency supporting B2B and CPG clients through a network of midwest marketing agencies.
• Directed a small creative group and technical resources for online marketing programs and integrated campaigns.
• Developed partnerships to provide digital services and marketing content for brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Grolsch, American Express Incentive Services, Buck Consultants, Verizon Wireless, UPS, and Micron.

• Developed online and offline promotional marketing programs for clients such Maytag, eBay, Motorola, Dreyer’s/Edy’s Ice Cream, Kinko’s, Miller Brewing Co., Bacardi, and Diet Coke.
• Senior Art Director overseeing Flash animation and development for web, CD-ROMs, and video projects.
