Working with engineers

Led end-to-end design for the VTS Activate platform, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) used across thousands of buildings in North America and internationally.

Designed web and mobile solutions for multi-faceted persona types—streamlining daily operations and improving system tracking.

Conducted in-person user interviews and shadowing to prioritize core flows and pain points. Delivered this and other strategic insights to internal and external teams—influencing product and design direction.

Designed seller marketplace, community postings, and events features on the Rise residential experience app. This supports the sense of community for residents and improves communication from property management to tenants.

Redesigned payment billing & balance workflow to improve NPS and usability. Thereby making auto-pay, wallet management, and transactions visually appealing and easier to understand.

Internship focused primarily on building and maintaining relationships with local business, residents, and tourists. Goals were to increase city visits, promote a new, free trolley program, and develop the city's first visitor brochure guide.

Conducted on-site research by recording trolley rider numbers, interviewing patrons, and presented these quantitative & qualitative metrics to the City's board. Developed posters, presentations, ads, and social media posts for the City's free trolley program.

Lead project to build a custom city brochure that would be sent to residents and offered publicly to residents & tourists. The brochure consisted of 50+ pages and was marketed as a visitors guide.

Worked closely with 15 local businesses/associations in event promotions and marketing strategies. Created weekly custom flyers to promote local events and businesses with Adobe Suite. Designed and sent out monthly email campaigns to over 700 subscribers.
