I'm trying to close the loop between our customers and the team. I dedicated my time to make sure every single piece of feedback the users provide is being read, processed, and decided upon by the product teams of Basalam.

My product, Loop, is a feedback river that gathers all the user feedback from various channels and makes it easily accessible to our leadership team, designers, and product managers.

I'm still in the middle of the challenge of processing the feedback records, sorting them, and making insights on them at the proper timing.

For a short period of time, my job was to conduct usability testing, make surveys, hold focus group sessions, etc., to make sure our product teams were working on something that our users actually wanted. The job was later turned into a product called "Loop".

I worked with the design chapter and all of the product teams of Basalam to write their micro-copies. Gradually, I was invited earlier in the process of design to contribute to the design of the concept, before the UX and UI were actually being designed.

The company had just begun growing in size, and it didn't have an established HR role. So, I got into the position and tried for 16 months to get it done. After those months, the job was done and I handed the role to a well-educated and experienced HR manager.

I didn't know the name of the role, but as an experienced writer, I started to write micro-copies of the product. Months later, I learned the name of the job. By the way, it was the first time our company started to make product teams and migrated from a waterfall approach to apply agile methods and rituals.

And that time, our company was trying to make a professional customer service team, and I was one of the first ones to sit there and answer the phone calls and customer tickets. Our goal back then was to establish a good CRM team. When the goal was achieved, I left and went to the next challenge.

I worked closely with the marketing team of Basalam, which gradually turned into a growth team.
