As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Awesomic, a startup backed by Y Combinator, my role was to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products. 

• Using tools like Figma I developed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

• I conducted user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• My work was instrumental in creating engaging and seamless user experiences that set Awesomic apart in a highly competitive market

• Collaborate with clients to obtain the information needed to design interfaces that correspond to their business needs and respect their technical constraints.

• Be responsible for the design of user interfaces for applications or websites, define or create design systems, collaborate with other members of a creative team if necessary ( UX designers, Copy writers, Graphic artists), and work with a team of developers to ensure that the implemented product matches the approved designs

• Demonstrate the consideration of inputs concerning users in the creative choices and supported developers/coders in the implementation of the designs.

• Analyze data of various kinds (qualitative, quantitative, observations, etc.) to bring out insights and a deeper knowledge of users and their needs.

• Contribute to the creation of personas and journeys to communicate user needs, motivations, and pain points, as well as the opportunities in improving the user experience

Lightency is a regenerative finance (ReFi) based green technology startup that harnesses the power of technology to ensure/accelerate better access to affordable green energy. The project consists of developing a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol dedicated to renewable energy projects, offering the possibility for crypto-currency holders to participate in increasing energy access rates worldwide while earning an attractive return.

Realisations :
• Conceptualize and create the Lightency Design System.
• Conceptualize and Create user interfaces based on the Design system.
• Synthetize the Finding and Insights as results of User research and Survey.
• Deciding and prioritizing what the team is going to work on & creating the list of features.
• Identify and build user scenarios and use cases by defining the user journey (CJM) and its interactions (User Flow).
• Understand and integrate the success metrics and legal requirements for financial services (ReFi).
• Build the UX of the functionalities and design the interfaces according to the Design System.
• Create animated prototypes (Figma).
• Work in collaboration with the Product Owner, Developers and with the different internal teams (Business, marketing, communications.).

Decentralize Impact is a blockchain innovation program designed to foster the next innovative initiatives in the blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem through governance, feedback and community engagement mechanisms.

Realisations :
• Identifying the main issues of the web platform focusing on the blocking characteristics and the improvement points.
• Development of a design study highlighting the project's problem and various proposals (mock- ups) that will allow the first lines of the project to be drawn.
• Design user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes and user flows, as needed, that are attractive, intuitive and ergonomic while being in line with the brand's image, aiming to evoke emotion in users
• Conceptualize and create user interfaces by assisting developers during integration while respecting the Design system as well as delivery and scoping with other designers and the Tech team
• Interact and communicate effectively with all the departments involved in the project (PO, Marketing, I. T).

Carthagem.io is a global Peer-to-Peer trading platform where you can safely buy and sell Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash secured by Escrow.

• Lead and own the UX vision of the team’s products.
• Create Design system and web building blocks that will allow the front-end engineers to focus on product-level problems and ship high-quality work efficiently and consistently.
• Creation of wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for user tests.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, E-commerce, social media, retail, etc.) to create brand and channel strategies, translating those strategies into cutting edge visual communications that meet high standards and aesthetic quality.

• Continue to deepen knowledge and understanding of best practices, industry trends, and new skills in design.

Artehand is a brand of handcrafted luxury furniture and home decor. 

• Develop, execute and track concepts for the art, including all changes and processes required by the licensor.
• Prepare graphics for internal presentations. 
• Prepare color separations for screen printing so that the design is ‘Ready to Print' when it is sent to the factory.
• Explore the market to research and identify current trends and present competitive data as it relates to their potential area of responsibility to establish key objectives for the brand.
• Manage and oversee the entire design process to ensure lines meet style plans, sales needs and emerging trends.

Combining art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of websites and printed pages. I may also use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
