• Drive product strategy and execution, making sure that products are innovative, intuitive, and meet the needs of Technology Solution Providers and SMEs.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, engineering, business development, and other functional divisions, to ensure that everyone is aligned around product goals and objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to ensure that products are differentiated and meet users' needs.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to take risks, experiment, and learn from failures to drive product development forward.
• Ensure that products are launched successfully and monitor their performance post-launch to identify areas for improvement and optimize their performance.
• Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, continually tracking key performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
• Communicate the government's goals and policies to the public through public talks, presentations, and other outreach efforts, helping to build awareness and support for the government's initiatives in promoting digitalization for the industry and adopting emerging technologies like AI.

• Develop AI technologies and IPs for the Retail and Logistics industry.
• Responsible for the identification of industry need, designing product features & capabilities, leading the scrum team's development effort and propagation/adoption of product.
• Spearheaded the PRD process within IMDA.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful development and deployment of technologies.
• Encouraging the growth of partner SMEs/Startups through providing AI technology IPs and grants.

• Propagation and proliferation of IMDA IPs to catalyse digitilisation in Singapore
• Marketing and licensing of National Speech Corpus and speech technologies.

Developing accounts and seeking opportunities in Smart City related industries (Public Security and Transportation). 
Introducing Artificial Intelligence technologies to customers. 
Identifying and forging partnerships with local and overseas local-partners. 
Needs-based selling.

Human Factors Engineering

To refine and redefine the ageing interfaces of our products. A modern interface is required for a modern product. In the age of smart phones, users are familiar with touch interfaces and it will improve users' experience if interactions are brought over as well. This familiarity reduces short term memory load and ensure ease of understanding and guessability.

Establish the guidelines for interfaces to meet the modern needs of users.
