Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with co-founders in Jakarta and Ukraine to align departmental objectives.
• Employ strategic headhunting tactics to attract top-tier talent, resulting in a 50% rise in the recruitment of high-performing candidates who align with the company's mission and values.
• Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, driving efficiency and excellence in every stage from candidate sourcing to onboarding, leading to a 40% reduction in time-to-fill and a 100% increase in successful hires.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments using a blend of methodologies, including structured interviews, technical evaluations, and behavioral inquiries, resulting in a 75% improvement in candidate quality and retention rates.

Main Responsibilities:
• Spearhead Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) initiatives at Home Credit Indonesia, driving efficiency gains and accelerating the hiring timeline by 35%.
• Source and attract high-caliber candidates for client companies, achieving a placement rate of 80% for open positions.
• Match candidates to suitable roles across all levels of the organization, resulting in a 90% increase in successful placements and client satisfaction ratings.
• Demonstrate expertise in innovative sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search, contributing to a 30% improvement in candidate quality and diversity.
• Provide valuable guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering their professional development and contributing to an 85% increase in team performance metrics.

Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) under Ekrut to help the company speed up the hiring process.

Scope of responsibility:
•   Understanding the details of the requirements given by the hiring managers.
•   Sourcing for candidates (talents) who meet the requirements of the hiring managers.
•   Contacting and interviewing the candidates via phone call either by making an appointment beforehand or cold-calling.
•   Post-phone interview, assessing whether or not the talent has met the requirements.
•   Proposing the candidate's profile to the users and clarify his/her experiences if it's needed.
•   Helping in setting the interview schedule.
•   Following-up with either the users and candidates after the interview process has finished.
•   Giving the explanations should there be any questions from the candidates if they want to have more details about their potential future working place.
•   Collecting the candidate's required documents for the offering process.
•   Having discussion with the Compensation & Benefits department for issuing the best offer to the candidates.
•   Proposing salary recommendations to either the hiring manager or users for approval.
•   Issuing offer letter to the candidates and assist with any inquiries.
