Breaking into tech

• Overseeing GPU maintenance and infrastructure reliability for Azure, ensuring seamless deployment and high availability of GPU-based workloads for key customers like OpenAI.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives to optimize infrastructure management, automate deployments, and improve the reliability of large-scale cloud services.
• Partnering with engineering teams and leadership to develop data-driven strategies that minimize service disruptions, accelerate AI innovation, and improve cloud infrastructure resilience.

• Leveraged role within Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing - Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Management and Fundamentals Engineering team to manage 3rd party hardware suppliers (system integrators) in optimization of end-to-end cycle time, clear data reporting processes, proactive quality improvement measures, and continuous process improvement programs in manufacturing.
• Developed and executed manufacturing test engineering specifications and procedures to optimize cost, quality, efficiency, and serviceability of Microsoft Azure’s global hardware fleet from early phase project conceptualization through Data Center delivery lifecycle.
• Implemented innovative automation and data solutions and utilized cloud-based analytics to streamline test workflows, accelerate test cycles, and improve resource utilization and yield, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and accelerated time-to-market.

• Oversaw multiple diverse construction projects across the DC and Maryland area. Proficiently performed construction drawing take-offs and conducted data analysis utilizing a variety of software programs.
• Managed subcontractors and employed construction-oriented tooling to analyze and optimize project budgets and timelines.

• Designed and conducted CAD and 3D printing lessons for summer engineering programs with 100+ students to highlight key engineering principles.
• Collaborated with a team of interns to promote and inspire under-represented students' participation in STEM fields. Led diverse activities and labs across multiple engineering disciplines to foster interest and engagement.

• Oversaw projects in the fields of 3D printing and Computer Aided Design, as well as Submarine design analysis and corrosion and materials engineering research.
• Performed primary bench laboratory data collection and processing in laboratory tests on 3D metals, Iron alloys, and abrasion materials. Crafted original design for a new peel test for metal samples.
