Honest mentoring isn’t just about design craft. I know how much of this job happens outside Figma: navigating conversations with Product Owners and engineers, making your work visible, building a portfolio that opens doors, and finding your footing when the organisational politics feel louder than the design problems.

One thing I’m especially passionate about is helping designers who’ve moved to Europe - particularly Germany, understand the cultural landscape they’re working in. Communication styles, feedback norms, hierarchy, and team dynamics here can be genuinely different from what you’re used to, and those gaps can quietly hold you back. I help you spot them early and work with them, not against them.

I started my career in interior design, fascinated by how people move through and experience spaces. That curiosity eventually pulled me into Service Design and UX, and I haven’t looked back since. Over the past 11 years, I’ve helped teams turn ambiguity into clarity, and complexity into experiences that actually make sense for the people using them.
