About Haribabu Krishnan
Principal Product Manager at Blackline, SAP, IIM-A
Hi, I am Hari Babu, with close to two decades of experience in Software Industry across Telecom, Procurement and Finance domains.
I started my career as an Engineer and went on to become a hard core programmer and did that for close to a Decade Then I moved to product management for SaaS products and with that for little more than a decade . I have worked on products that are successful; and also that failed. I have worked on wonderful products which customers adapted and those that they did not get adapt. I am fortunate to have had the experience of driving a dual strategy – to keep the legacy On-Premise customers happy by giving them what they need, while driving the company’s vision of becoming THE Cloud Company by strategizing the hybrid transformation of On-Premise Customers (where they will effectively use the On-Premise Products with the Products on the Cloud).
Through out my career I have had some wonderful Mentors who helped me through my journey. I want to pay it forward. Here is what I can help you with General product management Moving from Engineering (or any background) to Product Management New Product development in an established enterprise product portfolio
