•Spearheaded the migration of PEGA applications from legacy deployment models to modern Cloud-PaaS infrastructures, ensuring seamless transition and improved scalability.
•Led the deployment and upgrade of multiple PEGA versions, including 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x, on WebSphere 8.5 and WebSphere Liberty (versions 18.x, 22.x), optimizing for system compatibility and performance.
•	Designed and built PEGA DevOps solutions, streamlining continuous integration and deployment processes while managing in-house deployments and performing advanced PEGA system administration.
•Implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for PEGA using SiteMinder and ForgeRock, securing APIs and ensuring robust access management across multiple platforms.
•	Ensured adherence to PEGA guardrails and quality procedures, maintaining product integrity and optimal performance through Pega performance tuning.
•Managed release operations, leading cross-functional infrastructure teams to conduct root cause analysis and resolve critical issues efficiently.
•Optimized system parameters and garbage collection, enhancing system responsiveness and delivering a superior user experience.
•Monitored system performance for uptime and scalability, identifying and eliminating single points of failure.
•Planned and executed Disaster Recovery exercises for PEGA applications, ensuring business continuity and data integrity in mission-critical environments.

As part of a 5 year Distribution Strategy within the DotCom business, ASDA was implementing a number of components from the Manhattan Associates Supply Chain Optimization Planning and Execution Suite. My Job Responsibilities included requirement gathering, design, construction, implementation and post implementation support of Manhattan Warehouse management system. I was also responsible for the Environment and Change management for the Manhattan implementation.

Technical Lead of SSN Elimination Project for HR applications. Project scope included Analysis, Design, Development, and implementation of SSN Elimination from Walmart HR applications. Leading multiple technology streams/technical leads, having C, C++, JAVA, Mainframe, SOA, .Net Technologies and implement the final solution for the client.

Worked on an enhancement and development project where I was responsible for all the enhancements and new developments done to store systems applications. Store systems applications include all applications residing in Symbol/Motorola handheld and used by store partners to do orders, inventory, create sign tags, verify prizes, respond to recalls, manage out-of-date products, report loss damages, etc.

In this Supply chain support and enhancement project we provided 24/7 support to the client in operating an efficient global supply chain, resolving issues that evolve during their daily activities while handling supply chain applications. The support consists of critical technical and business issues that need immediate assistance to continue manufacturing operations using the home-grown custom supply chain solution.
We also enhanced the supply chain systems to implement kanban just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing, Optimized I2 planner, and enhanced different supply chain modules, like, forecasting, planning, costing, shop floor, quality control, inventory and warehouse management.

Worked for Multiple fortune 500 companies like, Hanesbrands Inc, HEB, Walmart, ASDA UK, and Florida Blue in Leading Technical Roles.

I worked on developing an MIS (Management Information System) solution for the ICDS Integrated Child Development Services, a government program in India. 
The MIS Project developed and implemented customized software to monitor ICDS indicators, conduct comparative analysis, and generate monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual reports, analytical reports, and graphs, for prompt decision-making and intervention at project, district, and state levels, which included 180 computers at block and district and a state server. Development of the main software modules included data capture from 25000 AW centers, a customized flash message transfer, and customized mail service between 180 computers spreading all over the state of Kerala.
