About Harish Kotra

Independent Consultant & AI Engineer at Holikau Software

Hi, I’m Harish, I’ve spent 13+ years building and scaling developer ecosystems across AI, Web3, IoT, and enterprise platforms.

Only available on https://topmate.io/harishkotra

My journey spans leading teams at a digital agency, working inside an IoT company, and partnering with Fortune 500 companies and Web3 protocols to design developer programs that don’t just attract attention, they drive real outcomes.

I specialize in turning complex technologies into hands-on, high-impact experiences, from running global hackathons with thousands of developers to building DevRel teams and creating technical content that actually gets people to build.

Today, I’m focused on AI agents, applied AI systems, and helping developers cut through the noise to learn what actually matters.

If you’re thinking about:

Running a hackathon that produces real projects, hires, or startups Building or experimenting with AI agents (multi-agent systems, real-world workflows) Figuring out how to learn AI without wasting time on hype Setting up or scaling DevRel across startups or enterprises Workshops & hands-on content

…I can help you avoid the common pitfalls and move faster.
