Research topics include the trending topics detection from the transcript and users' engagement from the episode context. Causal inference: Led the causal inference research to estimate the targeting product toward user engagement. Leveraged propensity score model to create randomization by controlling user attributes to evaluate the product effect. 

Org Level Initiatives - BirdEye Project: Led the design and execution of data and visualization that provides a unified picture of podcast monetization. Built data pipelines to support company podcast critical metadata via a waterfall mapping mechanism. 

Publisher Performance/Segmentation: conducted and presented mixed-methods researches with User Researcher to segment the publishers and understand the need for each segment to grow their monetization on the Spotify Platform. Created customizable visualizations with metrics to identify opportunities by size, vertical, and growth of creators.

Audience Insight: Performed analysis of insight of over/under indexing of audience segment to specific context topic. The insight was leveraged to impact the product decision on the pre-campaign insight tool. 

Opportunity Sizing: Perform the analysis to size the opportunity to expand the product, including the ML model threshold fine-tuning, expanding topics, and the potential impact of sensitive topics.
