Building entrepreneurs within the financial services industry.

I'm creating a new experience for Splunk's GDI (Getting Data Into) for various cloud data sources. The goal of the project is to enable users to accelerate their transition to the cloud by simplifying, automating and streamlining the processes. 

Previously, I've worked on the new Dashboard Framework to enable users to build a dashboard without in-depth knowledge of SPL(Splunk Programming Language). The goal of the project was to empower  users to easily create and manage visually-compelling, pixel perfect dashboards to tell complex data stories.

I partner with product managers, engineering team, and design team to solicit user input, and use it to craft product development efforts on UX specifications, visual specifications, and asset production.

At Galvanize/ACL, I designed the user experience for enterprise security, risk management, compliance, and audit software. I designed features to enable admins to invite users to Galvanize tenant for collaboration. I also designed user listing, group management, and user permission management components. I worked closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX designers to deliver a seamless experience which was aligned with all product components. I also had an impact on building a design system for our platform Starling Design System, a hub for design guidelines and reusable UI components.

I worked with the course instructor in a Visual Communication Design course and tutored students to learn the fundamentals of digital raster and vector image creation in Adobe Creative Suite.

I designed interfaces and layouts for BlackBerry’s first Android operating system using Google Material Design guidelines. My focus was on transitioning BlackBerry’s visual language and interaction to Android while maintaining consistency for BlackBerry’s loyal customers. I worked closely with product managers and developers as IxD prime on UX specifications, visual specifications, and asset production. I created competitive analyses and developed
security and privacy concepts with the UX lead.

I drove revenue and provided an exceptional client experience through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, safe, well-maintained store environment. I consistently achieved individual goals that supported the brand goals to inspire and connect with clients.

My role involved ideating strategies to engage students with Steinbright (Drexel University Co-op Department). I visualized ideas through video production and visual design. I worked on planning Drexel’s annual career fair, this involved, designing promotional posters, creating LinkedIn photography and interviewing stakeholders.

I enhanced customer loyalty by optimizing brand interactions from the customer’s perspective and I implemented marketing and advertising campaigns by analyzing sales forecasts and preparing marketing and advertising strategies. I researched competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
