At MOB – Makers of Barcelona, we strive every day to empower rebels and creative geniuses to innovate, make connections and have fun in the process. We do so by providing them with a space to call home, a community to grow with and skills to match their ambitions.

My role:

- Generation of content for the entirety of MOB practices including client projects, events, media communications thought-leadership pieces, community projects, and internal initiatives within the team.
- Creation and sharing of content on all communication channels both internal and external (website, newsletter, social media, etc). 
- Press releases for projects, events, and collaborations.
- Brand Book creation and strategy.
- Project management of the design agency, including the execution of web design projects.
- Management of the Communications Specialist, interns (Design) and Erasmus entrepreneurs (Digital Marketing).
- Crisis Communication Strategy development (Crisis Communication Lead).

In 2019, we registered Audiovisual City as a cultural organisation in the UK and reallocated roles.

After working as the Design Lead for UX/UI design in the company for over a year, I was promoted to UX/UI and Graphic Designer.

- Creating wireframes and prototypes for different elements of the website.
- UX research using tools such as VWO.
- Support in coordination of deliverables and project management with an external digital agency.
- Landing page design.
- Design Lead for full redesign of the user experience using Spain as the pilot country.
- User interface design and responsible for digital branding.
- Involved in the web migration from an in-house CMS to Drupal.

MiiN is the first Korean cosmetics company in Spain. I provided a support on an ad-hoc basis before they recruited an in-house designer. 

- Packaging design
- Marketing design (leaflets, stickers, digital banners, etc).

ESL is a language travel agency based primarily across Europe, with offices in South America and New Caledonia.

- Working remotely with other employees based all over the world.
- Designing across 16 different markets with content in more than 7 languages.
- Being Design Lead for the UX team, and in all animated material for the company. 
- Responsible for the coordination and management of the company's annual workshop event, in terms of branding, decoration, and audiovisual installation. 
- Supporting the team in the corporate annual photoshoot, brochure design and all online and offline marketing campaign development.

Shesaid.so is a global community of women and gender minorities in the music industry.

- Creation of graphic material for events for social media.
- Committee member involved in events organised in Barcelona, as part of the world-wide network.

Sala Apolo is a local club, and key reference for cultural events in Barcelona. I worked for their locally well-known techno night, NITSA on a freelance basis.

- Live visual performance for concerts and DJ sessions for guest artists such as John Talabot, Scuba, Hunee, Damian Lazarus and for record labels such as Kompakt, Numbers and L.I.E.S records, among many others.
- Video technician.

Printsome is an online, B2B start-up printing agency. 

- Digital marketing design, including email, newsletter, content and banner campaigns, as well as copywriting. 
- Basic use of Google Analytics for data extraction. Infographics and illustration for blog content marketing strategy. 
- Redesign of the company's blog, working closely with front end developers. 
- Use of user testing tools such as Hotjar and A/B testing in order to optimise the user experience on the company's main site.

Editorial Design and Photography for Barcelona Metropolitan Magazine

DeDO is a cultural association specialised in electronic music and new media art.

- Redesign of DeDO's visual identity and festival graphics (2017)
- Live video performance across venues in Barcelona including CREC coworking space, Convent Sant Agustí, Barts Club Paral.lel and Hangar (annually, 2014-2018)

Online magazine covering creativity & art, trends, and urban culture. Photography, illustration, and stopmotion animation.

I work freelance as a Visual Artist and Brand Designer, primarily making experiences with cultural organisations and music brands.

- Video technician and visual artist: including Sala Apolo (Ventú, Cupcake, Churros con Chocolate), Bart's Club, Sala Upload and City Hall, as well as with independent artists.
- Video Installation: gallery based events across the city such as at Galería Mutuo, Miscelanea, Discos Paradiso, Sala Hiroshima and Niu Espai D'Art and at Sutton Club for the Mobile World Congress. 
- Graphic Design services: in a wide variety of contexts relating to the music industry; with bands, specialist concert venues, conferences and with local radio.

Teaching English and culture to students (11-18 years), both in state and private schools across Spain, including the Canary and the Balearic Islands. I was responsible for the promotion of educational publications, including digital material for teachers and students, and provision of training sessions to teachers on the use of digital books in the classroom. I also acted as a guest speaker representing the company at national conferences. A full, clean driving license, and fluency in Spanish and Catalan, were required for this position.
