Hi, I'm Heather! I've been a UX Designer for 6+ years with the bulk of my experience being in the government sector. I've supported UX efforts for various government agencies including DoD, USCIS, and USDA. My expertise is in Interaction Design, Wireframing/Prototyping, Cognitive Psychology, and Inclusive Design.
