Hey There! I'm Heba, a fractional product & design leader and founder of Arche, a product & design studio for early-stage startups.

Before Arche, I spent 5+ years as a founder and product / design leader building B2C, B2B and B2B2C SaaS in healthcare, running 0→1 launches and scaling core products inside hyper-growth organizations from seed to Series D and corporate incubators.

If you're a designer or product manager, I can help you with system-thinking, breaking down ambiguous problems, building for 0-1 products, automating your workflow or navigating healthcare tech.
