Hi, I'm Hector. I have spent over seven years as an operations and project manager, delivering 20+ projects across construction, aviation, healthcare and manufacturing with more than US$5M in capital under management. I now run my own consultancy installing operating systems in founder-led companies, and I most recently led a 15-person delivery team where we cut delivery time from 30 days to 15. I am a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP in progress, and I work in English and Spanish.
