About Hector Serrano
Director of Research & Design at Jobadder
👋🏻 Hola! I’m a Spaniard Product designer with a Brand & Industrial design background. I’ve been lucky enough to apply user experience in different areas throughout my career, from manufacturing companies to e-commerce, finance, and software.
For as long as I can remember, Design and its seismic effect on the world and its people have always amazed me, and how by striking a perfect harmony between creativity and technology, you can produce a near-limitless range of emotions in an audience.
I'm currently leading a team of amazing Product Designers at Jobbader (Sydney) and elevating the impact of Design at Jobadder by increasing its design maturity.
