I'm Jenn Wei, a marketing enthusiast who values innovation and strategy, i firmly believe marketing should be about creating meaningful connections with consumers and building authentic brand relationships.

Throughout my career, i was fortunate to have gained experience in various marketing roles and have been helping companies sustain their growth while identifying new strategies. In the past five years, my main focus has been on startup and growth methodologies, embracing change and leading strategies that drive long-term growth—identifying consumer Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) and positioning the "why" behind products and services.

In addition, i was fortunate to lead a top-notch team has taught me a lot about being a leader. Working alongside these talented folks has sharpened my team development, communication, and collaboration skills. A team that works well together is the key to success and growth. And let me tell you, creating a culture of openness, trust, and empowerment is essential to building a motivated and high-performing team. i feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with such talented people, and i can't wait to take what i've learned and share it with more people.
