We have all curiosities that we follow as we evolve in our life and career. Asking for help is an important step towards you goals.

Over the past 20-years, I have led and built design teams in companies large and small. Some very artistic and expressionist, others data-driven and business oriented. My goals are similar, to learn new thing, and help build creative cultures.

There are many lessons that I've learned, some from great success, others from difficult failures. Navigating through these experiences help me become a little wiser and more effective in what I do.
