I'm Hernan Albano, an experienced engineer from Montevideo, Uruguay 🇺🇾. With over 14 years in the IT sector, my journey has taken me through a wide variety of roles and challenges. I've been a developer, steering the technical aspects of projects; an engineering manager, orchestrating operations and timelines; a co-founder, where I wore multiple hats to drive vision and execution; and a tech partner, giving advice, collaborating and innovating.
