I am a Product Manager with extensive experience in HR, Talent Development, and HR Tech. I am an HR Leader who looks at HR as a Product and strives to keep up to date with the latest in AI and People Analytics. I was VP of Global Talent for a tech organization until I realized that my job was getting too focused on administration, compliance, and benefits rather than on people and technology, which are my real passions. I am now consulting on HR innovation and HR Tech Product Management, with a special focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to build the future of work.
About me: Originally from Argentina, but living in the US for the past 12 years. I truly enjoy traveling, learning, and helping other people grow. As a Latino and foster/adoptive parent, I have a lot of passion for Diversity & Inclusion. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing music, drawing, playing soccer, and building LEGO projects with my son.
