About Hesam Najafi
Senior Go-to-Markets Programs Marketing Manager at i3D.net
I'm Hesam, a marketing strategist with roots in Iran and a career that's taken me through the UAE, Turkey, and now the Netherlands, where I'm based in Rotterdam. I started in digital marketing running my own agency, then spent years in growth and campaigns roles across fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS. Today I lead Go-To-Market programs at i3D.net, a global network infrastructure company, working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and business development. What drives me is turning complex technical products into clear market stories, and building the systems that take them to market. I've learned a lot by doing, and even more from people who were generous enough to share their perspective when I needed it most. I'm here to give back some of that, and to keep learning from people who see the world differently than I do.

“As a mentor it's been amazing experience but due to lack of time there were some questions which have remained to ask for which i would like to connect again.”
