Hi! I'm Hillary. Empathetic, impactful, and results-driven HR professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple disciplines, including HRBP, Employee Relations, People Operations, Culture Building, L&D, M&A, leadership coaching, and building an HR function from the ground up in startups to big business.

I consider myself to be an HR and leadership geek and love helping others navigate these worlds!

Beyond Work Loves: -Travel and Animal rescue: My husband and I are in the process of opening an animal rescue in Costa Rica (we are based in the US). Giving back and having remote flexibility to do so is very important to us.

-Reading and Food: Cliche romance novels and carbs (especially pasta and pie), and my guilty pleasures are Spanish and Turkish telenovelas.
