I work closely with the CEO, COO, and product managers for EngageWith, Trivia, and Albus products at Springworks to help with GTM strategies, Named Account Targeting, Outbound processes, and strategic enablement.

- Training SDRs to land a job in B2B SaaS Sales

- Helped the company to improvise Sales conversion i.e. Inbound to Closing. 
- Helped company reduce Sales people onboarding from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. 
- Created Playbook for Sales Enablement.

- Build qualified pipeline on Enterprise accounts for closure.

- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to qualification/closing; depending on the target segment.
- Run tailored outbound campaigns (Emails, Cold calls & LinkedIn); document client interactions in Hubspot, maintain CRM hygiene.
