I am currently leading a team of 20+ members, looking after design for multiple Business Units of API Holdings. My team is a mix of product designers, Researchers, UX designers, Graphic designers at multiple levels.
My current roles and responsibility comprise building product design experience, Design Ops, Design systems, design innovations, recruitment.

Responsible for all product initiatives across ZoukLoans and own following functional areas at ZoukLoans:

- Identify untapped opportunities for user-value within products and services.
- Develop ongoing, iterative product discovery.

Define the user-experience roadmap and formulate UX strategies with maximum business impact. Update design assets, build screens and detail pixel-perfect layouts using Photoshop and Sketch3. As a "full-stack" designer for a Omnichannel O2O, building a seemless transition model for offline to online consumer behaviour.

Advising the Explorate team on product, design, user acquisition and engagement. Explorate  is a fashion discovery platform that enables users to discover and recommend fashion from all over the web and maintain a virtual wardrobe. It's witnessing a
15% MoM  growth in user contribution with 1 Lac+ products recommended so far.

Responsible for user research, information architecture planning, prototyping, interaction design, visual design and front-end implementation of all design initiatives. Responsible for complete design overhaul of all online and print platforms. Achieved 8% increase in user subscription on a monthly active user base of over 3 million.
