This process overturned ~80% of enqueued enforcement decisions touching $100M+ of Facebook ad revenue in 6 months.

Analytics Thought-leader: Enabled seamless and self-serve data analytics for internal teams by building a number of data products and knowledge bases - 20+ standard dashboards in a span of 2 years, serving variety of use cases like advertiser integrity metrics, internal tools usage & adoption metrics, goals vs. actual comparison, easy traversal of advertiser taxonomy graph, etc. powered by approximately 1200+ Presto-SQL queries.

Culture Steward: Consistently championed internal community building by spearheading and initiating multiple activities across Facebook RunClub, organizing & delivering SQL and data trainings, publishing best practices, etc. Mentored 4+ peers in their projects and was awarded the Culture Champion Award in Q2 2021.

Worked as an Associate in the Research Data Intelligence team of Global Knowledge Network.

Relevance & Content Engineering: Spearheaded the conceptualization and industrialization of Search Engine on the flagship pre-trade analytics product, which involved Search queries design, technical requirements specification, relevance factors definitions, data ETL, indexing, and enrichment processes. Search types like full-text-search, autocomplete, completion suggesters, etc. were implemented.

Data Tools Suite: Engineered the enrichment and content structuring of the DataQuery catalogue which covers products across Fixed Income, Economics, and Equity asset classes. Built out a suite of Shiny Apps and Python scripts to assist business desks for reviews, feedback and prototyping.

Automation: Accelerated day-to-day processes of many Analysts by contributing to automation projects like News Aggregator tool, tweets extraction, and reports automation saving 4,000 hours of their time annually. Single-handedly set up, hired and mentored a team of 5 to further take forward such initiatives.

Performance: Consistently recognized with outstanding feedback in annual performance appraisals earning the organization's highest rating. Recipient of JP Morgan Impact awards 2019 for driving Process Excellence by enhancing efficiency of processes by simplification and automation.
