I am a design enthusiast who believes in the power of design to create connection and meaningful change by being a fierce advocate for the users’ experience. Currently working as a Service & Product designer for B2B freight shipping at DFDS based in Copenhagen.
I am passionate about understanding what motivates and drives human behaviour. I find it quite interesting to translate that knowledge into creating impactful design solutions that not only answer the user's needs but also bring immense value to both customers and the businesses.
I have a bachelors in Product Design and ten years of multidisciplinary experience in different capacities as a creative problem solver and designer.
Working in different roles and different capacities has given me the ability to see the problem at hand through multiple different perspectives. Also, they have made me realise that my true passion lies in working as a UX designer as I get to draw upon my super powers i.e, empathy and curiosity.
My passion for design originates from my desire to create meaningful experiences. I believe User Research and empathizing with the user is the most important part of whole product development cycle.
