- Lead generative and evaluative research studies for a top agency serving Fortune 50 companies to optimize the user experience and accessibility of their digital products.
- Conduct inclusive design studies with disabled users and their assistive technology to help clients identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen compliance.
- Generate research-based recommendations to guide design decisions that benefit users and the business.
- Collaborate with agency project managers, clients, and partner agencies to conduct design reviews and contribute to strategic planning.

- Facilitated structured interviews with sales representatives using translators across four continents. Analyzed ~2,000 pages of transcripts to identify insights and process variations, providing critical information and strategic direction for developing customized Salesforce dashboards.
- Conducted interviews and analyzed three years of Voice of the Customer survey data to pinpoint challenges and identify opportunities with the existing software suite. The insights revealed from that project guided design choices for a significant software redesign.
- Designed and led workshops to identify critical touchpoints for different roles and processes within the distribution and sales vertical. Developed four service blueprints for persona creation.
- Collaborated on a team of six to develop a comprehensive enterprise service blueprint, consolidating existing artifacts and identifying gaps and overlaps in the customer experience to enhance decision-making and provide a clear understanding of the current state.

- Led research to guide the launch of a new subscription bundle (single lead at-home EKG and mobile application), encompassing both generative and evaluative studies.
- Created a product ecosystem map to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities, which improved cross-functional alignment and informed strategic decision-making.
- Facilitated workshops for senior leadership to clarify goals and resolve competing priorities across verticals during product planning.
- Improved print and digital accessibility for over 2M consumers by recommending the Atkinson Hyperlegible font.

- Led user experience research initiatives to support a long-term development project within the Private Wealth Management division.
- Facilitated and moderated UX research studies, including interview activities, workshops, focus groups, usability testing, and surveys.

-Led research for an IBM Design Thinking team of ~30 using Agile framework for development to 
 support large, cross-divisional projects and strategic business objectives.
