About Hossein Dehghan

Team Lead Product Designer at Trusty Solutions

Currently Team Lead Product Designer at Trusty Solutions. Previously Staff Product Designer at Trusty Solutions, Lead Product Designer at Niazerooz and Product Designer at Balaban. Studied BSc Information Technology — Salman Farsi University of Kazerun (2013) at Salman Farsi University of Kazerun.

I’m a Principal Product Designer and Product Builder with 11+ years of experience designing and building digital products across B2B and B2C.

I work at the intersection of product design, engineering, and AI, with experience taking products from early ideas and strategy through UX, design systems, frontend, backend, and launch. I’ve also led design teams, built scalable design systems across multiple product lines, and mentored designers at different stages of their careers.

As a mentor, I’d love to help designers and product people who are starting out, changing careers, growing into senior or leadership roles, or navigating the challenges of building products in real-world environments.

We can work on portfolio and resume reviews, career direction, design and product skills, interview preparation, leadership and team collaboration, design systems, working effectively with engineers, or simply figuring out what your next step should be.

I’m especially interested in helping people move from “I can design” to “I can create impact” — by building stronger product thinking, communication, technical understanding, and confidence.

Bring your questions, your challenges, or even something you’re currently stuck on. We’ll break it down and find a practical next step together.
