About Hubert Gagnon-Lamonde
Senior Director, Product Management at Dialogue/University of Sherbrooke
I am an electrical engineer who jumped ship from software development to product development. I am passionate about understanding users' needs and finding creative, simple solutions to alleviate these needs. In recent years, my mission has been to empower my product teams to solve these problems as efficiently as possible. I joined a virtual care company Dialogue in 2017, and went from 25 employees to 1000, brought growth from 1M to $100M in revenue, and experienced the incredible journey of going public with our IPO in 2021. And I still enjoy every day our Dialogue's mission to improve humanity's well-being by supporting organizations and their employees.
