•	I lead the delivery for few scrum teams, being responsible for hiring, costs management, performance, and relationship with client. I am the Scrum Master for one of the 3 teams.
•	Leader of Community of Practices for the entire account (Portugal, UK and India), driving teams on collaboration, knowledge share and innovations.

Lead few software development teams (35+ people) building several applications for IBM Customer Support organization. Key role on a giant digital transformation project for IBM Support, rolling out the new solution to all countries in Americas.

Implementation of agile practices with transition from traditional project management to agility. Key role on organizational indicators tracking and enhancements action plans.

•	I have run multiple projects, representing IT in front of several Banking customers, acting as main point of contact for Opportunities, Project Delivery and Support. 
•	Active participation to help closing deals, acting on pre-sale phase. I played key role collaborating to design appropriate IT solutions for clients within appropriate budget parameters.
•	Responsible for tracking finances, especially CAPEX approvals as well as procurement for my projects.
•	Ensured projects were compliant to Security Standards providing full support to Internal and External Audits and executing gap closure action plans.

•	I managed ongoing support activities for big number applications used by Sales and Marketing, HR and Business Intelligence Organizations.
•	 Managed partners for outsourced activities, being accountable for performance and efficiency management as well as budget.

•	Delivered remote and onsite support for telephony systems.
•	Responsible for IT Inventory and IT Acquisitions for the department I worked for.
