As a Delivery Manager, I was part of the team that introduced a revolutionary free Wi-Fi mesh network to major areas in Australia. My key responsibilities included overseeing the development of customer self-service advertisement placement through online wizards, which included graphical banner designers. Additionally, I was responsible for creating and maintaining records of graphical display usage information for all wireless nodes in our network, including real-time interfacing using custom firmware and REST APIs.

One of my major achievements during this role was developing a self-serve Single Page Application (SPA) advertiser website that featured an online banner creator, detailed advert tracking, and analytics dashboards using Google Visualization and Google Maps. This allowed customers to easily track the performance of their advertisements and make data-driven decisions to optimize their campaigns.

As a leader, I provided technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure the successful delivery of the project. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to define project requirements and ensure that the development aligned with business objectives.

As a Iteration Manager at Big Bridge, I took on several responsibilities related to the development and maintenance of websites.

One of my key achievements was developing a Drupal 7 site from scratch, which involved working closely with clients to understand their requirements and developing a solution that met their needs. Additionally, I completed several partly completed Drupal 7 and HTML sites, ensuring they were fully functional and met quality standards.

In addition to development work, I also provided support and enhancements to sites developed in Drupal 5, 6, and 7. This involved troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as implementing new features and functionality to improve the user experience.

As Development Team Leader for eCommerce at the AOT Group, I was responsible for a team of 5 developers across Brisbane and Melbourne. My primary focus was to enhance and support the company's websites and back-end hotel reservation system.

The AOT Group sells accommodation, car hire, transfers, and trips directly to the public and through high street Travel Agents such as Harvey World Travel worldwide via an XML-based API. The application handled location/amenity searching, property allotment/availability, booking, messaging, inventory, online credit card processing, and pay-later billing.

My key responsibilities and achievements included:
◆ Led the eCommerce Development Team and served as the lead developer and application architect.
◆ Enhancing and supporting the company's websites and back-end hotel reservation system using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, and ASP.

As the Development Manager at JPC Infonet, I was responsible for developing and maintaining websites for a variety of clients, including CapitalOne, Crimson Hotel group, Resale-Spain, and Yate town council. I was also responsible for arranging workflow and priorities for the entire web team.

At E3 Media, I provided back-end development work for the Kia and Proton websites that I had previously developed while working at TigerRedi. Through my work with E3 Media, I gained experience working collaboratively with teams to achieve common goals and deliver quality solutions for clients.

As the Internet Development Manager at TigerRedi, I was responsible for leading the Technical Development Team, reporting to director level. My key responsibilities included developing and maintaining websites for high-profile clients such as Kia cars, Proton cars, Teemo Furniture, Honda UK, and Nike Europe. I also administered both Linux and Windows-based web servers.

Working closely with the Design Team, I established site navigation and the overall look and feel of the websites. I arranged workflow and priorities for the entire Technical Team, ensuring that all projects were delivered on time and within budget.

To create dynamic and interactive websites, I designed and developed cross-browser DHTML components, code libraries, and APIs. I also developed databases and server-side scripts, including Content Management Systems, forums, image galleries, and other related functionalities.

My role involved producing websites by hand coding in HTML and JavaScript, and deploying technology as required, including ASP, PHP, JSP, Perl, Java, and Visual BASIC.
