About Icaro Bione
Design Manager at Booking.com
Hey, glad you’re here!
I count myself lucky—not just for the incredible mentors, teammates, and mentees I’ve worked with, but for everything they’ve taught me along the way. Every challenge, every lesson, every breakthrough has shaped the way I think and create.
Being here, sharing, connecting—that’s my way of giving back. Of passing it forward. And if there’s even a small way I can help, that makes it all the more meaningful.
So don’t be a stranger—drop by and say hi.

“I had a wonderful session with Icaro! He took the time to really understand the context of my current work environment and goals in order to offer some suggestions and even a prioritization of things I could focus on first.
