Using continuous discovery frameworks and cross-team ideation, we are building a mobile, iOS, android and web product with cashback on purchases. Our mission is to impact over 30 million customers, increasing the amount of monthly active users and bringing greater visibility to potential industry partners, thus creating more revenue for the company and more transactions with the balance generated in the company's digital wallet.

We had the challenge of implementing a new digital b2b credit platform for medium and large corporations. During the process we created a styleguide, company visual identity, a new product and design metrics. Applying the de discovery to create an MVP, we made a beta version and could observe the performance of the product with tools like Firebase, HotJar and Google Analytics.

I worked in credit, bureaucracy, education and engagement teams. Where our main mission was to help small businesses. Developing features for our Android and iOS app, we had the problem of low retention of new users. And by applying the discovery and delivery process we were able to increase the amount of monthly users of the app, testing different versions of apps to a trial customer base.

I was able to do research and exploratory interviews, where I recruited people and employees seeking more qualitative data about the acceptance of products and systems of the company. I also created NPS in bank branches and fired emails to collect evaluations and feedbacks, making reports to share with the product team.

I worked in several sectors, but mostly as a Designer. I was able to create pieces of digital and printed communication, both for internal and external products. Bringing the difference of personalized products: such as albums, photos, texts, invitations and decoration. Reconciled these activities by providing customer service in pre and post sales and doing photo essays.
