About Idil Duzgun

UX Writer at Delivery Hero

Hey there! 🙋🏻‍♀️ My name is Idil. I have a unique background as a UXCC-certified UX Writer/Content Designer and a grader at UXCC, as well as a former university English teacher. I taught myself the ropes of UX design and have been loving every minute of it. I'm always looking to learn and grow, and I believe that's what makes me a great mentor. I also have a passion for helping others break into the tech industry and I think that's what makes me excited about mentoring. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with others and help them reach their goals.

Extra: I love chilling in front of the TV, doing yoga whenever possible, binge-eating sushi, drinking coffee (more than I should), and more lol. I'm an introvert so my battery dies after many interactions.

“Idil helped me by providing direction and reviewing the tasks I worked on. She was very clear in giving feedback, explaining how they should ideally be done and what expectations I should be aware of. She wasn’t in a hurry; she didn't interrupt before the material was fully covered. Everything was discussed thoroughly; she was patient and occasionally humorous. Great session.”

“During my session with Idil, I learned how to solve some career issues. She is quite a problem solver as well. She reviewed my portfolio and opened my eyes to see what could be better. It was enlightening. After speaking with her, I felt like a weight was removed.”
